So, I've been absent on the blogging front for awhile now - I've had a busy couple of months and have had a lot of trouble getting my internet set up at my new place :( So to get me back into the swing of things I decided to answer a few 'Get To Know Me' questions below. Also stay tuned for some new content coming your way this week!
Are you named after anyone? No, but my mother told me she was stuck on my second name and then her nurse made a suggestion of Claire and that's how I got my middle name!
If you were another person, would you be a friend of yourself? I believe heavily in and try to abide by the Golden Rule, so I would hope that I would want to befriend myself.
What's your favourite cereal? I don't eat cereal now but as a child I always wanted my mum to buy Fruit Loops.
What's the first thing you notice about people? From afar I usually take notice of girls whose outfits stand out - usually for good reason - and up close I notice people's eyes and smiles. People who smile when you meet them are usually good people.
Scary movie or happy ending? Depends on my mood. I'm a bit of a horror film buff, but sometimes I just want to watch something light hearted.

Favourite smells? The smell of dinner cooking when you get home from work.
Summer or winter? Summer all the way! I feel like the song Bruce by North Highlands was written on my behalf.
What's the furtherest you've ever been from home? Edinburgh, Scotland.
Where were you born? Townsville, Queensland.
Do you have any pets? Yes! My family have a Blue Heeler named Gypsy.
Do you have any siblings? I have an older sister, Alix.
What's your favourite beauty product? Lipstick. I particularly like my bright fuchsia lipstick from Sportsgirl.
What do you think people misunderstand most about you? I think a lot of people think that because I'm small statured I am weak. Not physically - 'cause they'd be right if that's the case (HA!) - but mentally and that's not so.
If you could have dinner with anyone in history, who would it be & what would you eat? I know it's totally cliche, but I would choose Audrey Hepburn. Not because she was stylish and beautiful but because she was an incredible woman who went through a lot and gave a lot back in return. I think we'd eat something hearty and clean with lots of vegetables and lean meat.
What do you want to be when you grow up? I'm not entirely sure. I didn't decide I wanted to be a graphic designer until 2nd year uni so it's a potential I'll change my mind in a few years time. I'm not sure what, but the world is my oyster!
